Role description:
This position has dual responsibility of System analyst and senior developer. As system analyst, coordinate with business users and gather,document functional requirements. Help TIAA India resources in understanding the requirements, high level design and review code delivery

Required Experience:
• Experience in Anti-Money Laundering domain or KPI/KRI metrics development and creation of executive/board-level reporting
• Ability to analyze and review compliance business data to identify key indicators pertaining to operations, risk, compliance, process and controls
• Strong background in data analytics and experience working with large data sets
• Outstanding at manipulating and interpreting data to identify trends and report relevant insights
• Exceptional SQL writing capability, OAC, Tableau and practical experience with Business Intelligence tool(s)
• Capable of developing and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical users at various levels of an organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
