🧪 Business Analyst – Pharma Commercial Analytics
📍 Hybrid Boston MA | 🕒 Full-Time or Contract | 💼 9+ Years Experience

Are you passionate about driving impactful insights in the pharmaceutical space? We’re looking for a Business Analyst with deep commercial pharma experience to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Data teams to define and translate business requirements.

Analyze commercial data (e.g., market access, patient services, digital engagement) to deliver strategic insights.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead agile ceremonies including backlog prioritization and UAT.

Support product launch readiness by aligning reporting needs with brand strategies.

Facilitate workshops and change management initiatives to ensure adoption and success.

✅ What You Bring:
9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in pharma or biotech.

Deep functional knowledge of Commercial Analytics (e.g., Market Access, Medical Affairs, Drug Launches).

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Strong grasp of agile practices, Jira, and data reporting tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB a plus).

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with partial EST time zone overlap.

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning (certifications a plus).
