  1. Min 5-6 years of experience spread across MicroStrategy and Tableau (MicroStrategy – Primary)
  2. Leads the identification and analysis of business drivers to develop architecture requirements for a portfolio of programs/projects.
  3. Analyzes technology, market and industry trends to determine impact upon the enterprise or function.
  4. Has implemented several development E2E projects from scratch – Is ablet to perform/govern – data profiling, data model, schema design, dashboards, testing, deployments, BI development best practices using standard templates
  5. Is solution oriented with a technology agnostic posture
  6. Great communication and presentation skills
  7. Demonstrable customer engagement capabilities
  8. Demonstrable project execution capabilities in agile framework, knowledge of Scrum, Kanban concepts.
  9. Has strong understanding of BI Tool capabilities, architecture, visualizations, mobile, SDK, data warehousing core concepts, performance optimization
  10. High level understanding of BI administration and Infrastructure set up, managing BI environment set up on AWS cloud
  11. High level understanding of CRM systems (E.g. Salesforce, Veeva etc.)
  12. High level understanding of digital data sources (E.g. Google Analytics, Marketo etc.)
  13. High level understanding of Python scripting language
  14. Pharma, Biotech domain (Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Commercial, Clinical, Payer/Managed Market etc.) background highly preferred
  15. AWS Associate Architect Certified (similar/higher) preferred
